Positioned on an elevated private parcel spanning six acres, the residence boasts unobstructed 270-degree views of the islands, ocean, big blue skies and stary nights. The location provides direct access to both an oceanfront beach and a private dock on the sheltered Sea of Abaco, allowing residents to enjoy their own beaches and the beauty of the natural landscape.

ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES AND INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
The ranch-style home encompasses 3,400 square feet and is designed to maximize the connection to the outdoors. Twenty-three French doors open wide to screened verandas that encircle the house and frame the ocean vistas and lush tropical gardens views. These verandas provide entry to all main points in great room and each bedroom, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. When the doors are open, the ocean breezes and the soothing sound of the surf fill the home.
With over 1,250 square feet of veranda, the property offers ample areas for group seating, lounging, and dining. The extra-large great room, kitchen, and dining area are designed so that every seat enjoys panoramic ocean views, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

Island Location and Privacy
The Island stretches only 1 mile by 3 miles and is home to approximately 500 residents residing in the town of New Plymouth. Offering exceptional privacy, the beach house is situated on the opposite end of the Island from the town, ensuring a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. While staying at the beach house, it is likely that guests will not encounter anyone on land, providing a serene and undisturbed retreat.

The property's remoteness and natural beauty, combined with a virtually private beach, create an ideal environment for a romantic getaway or a memorable family holiday. There is plenty of space for families and pets to spread out and enjoy the surroundings, with ample seating areas and breathtaking views available throughout the grounds.
Accommodation and Amenities
This three-bedroom vacation rental offers all the conveniences of home and comfortably accommodates six or more guests. Each room features high-density foam mattresses, flat screen TVs, and remote-controlled air conditioning units. The entire house is equipped with Wi-Fi and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, enhancing the sense of relaxation and comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare gourmet meals, supporting both leisurely family dining and special occasions.

We have 2 full-service grocery stories on Green Turtle and many quick stop shops. Don't forget the local homemade Bahamian bread available in many of the bakeries.

We provide whole house WIFI, DirecTv and smart TV's. We also have a VFH radio and a local cell phone.
Garden
Sights and sounds of nature are all around you. Our tropical gardens include many flowering and fruiting trees and shrubs and some kitchen herbs for your use.
Daily Housekeeping
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request but not provided. You have full use of our washer & dryer including soaps and clothesline.
Swimming
The Ocean is steps from the house. You may also enjoy swimming in protected Coco Bay with the Turtles.
On Island Management
Our manager will meet your ferry when it arrives and be available should any problems arrise.

The Reefs
The closest reef is 50 yards from shore on the Atlantic side of the Island. The Caribbean offers some of the best snorkeling, diving, scuba diving, deep sea diving, skin diving, wreck diving, and coral reef diving where the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world is just offshore.
Swim with the Pigs
No Name Cay, the first Island south of Green Turtle is home to the famous swimming pigs
of Abaco. Everyone from the Hollywood crowd to locals love to swim with the pigs.
Beaches and Islands
There are literally unlimited isolated, remote beaches on GTC as well as throughout the
Abaco chain of Islands with sea shelling, swimming, diving, beach combing, even skinny dipping is possible on most.
Bone and Deepsea Fishing
World class bone fishing and Deepsea fishing, either guided or unguided is very popular.

This is a boater's paradise, a perfect place for that sailing vacation. If the
