This secluded Abaco vacation rental home is simply extraordinary. The oceanfront alone is beyond compare. The design of the home accentuates its Atlantic location. There are tremendous ever-changing views from every room and seat in the house. There is also over 1400 sq. ft. of screened-in veranda for these fabulous vistas.
Eleven sets of French doors fold out of the way to expose the home to fresh air, the sea and sounds of nature. Views of deserted islands, reefs, ocean and the
Sea of Abaco enhance the serenity of this location.
Our cool white sand semiprivate beach is generally deserted and has small breakers. The nearest reefs buffer the beach from the ocean and the sounds are mesmerizing. The World's third largest barrier reef is 1 mile from this house. It protects inner reefs and makes excellent diving and snorkeling both on the outer reef and on the patch reefs as well. Directly beyond the navigable reef is the perfect location for deep sea fishing and diving. To the North and South, as far as the eye can see, are Islands.
Coconut Beach House
This beach house vacation rental is located on a slight bluff overlooking the ocean on the north end of Green Turtle Cay. The Island is only 1 mile by 3 miles long and is home to about 500 residents in the town of New Plymouth. The beach house is on the opposite end of Island from town and is very private. You most likely will see no one on land from the property while at beach house. This remoteness and beauty coupled with a basically private beach make for a very romantic vacation or a fun family holiday. Bring the family and the pets, there is plenty of room to spread out, ample seating areas and beautiful views. This is a 3 bedroom vacation rental with all the conveniences of home and will accommodate 6+. We feature high density foam mattresses, flat screen TV's, remote controlled A/C's in all rooms, whole house WIFI and we are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The kitchen is complete with everything needed to make gourmet meals.

Groceries
We have 2 full-service grocery stories on Green Turtle and many quick stop shops. Don't forget the local homemade Bahamian bread available in many of the bakeries.
Free Wifi
We provide whole house WIFI, DirecTv and smart TV's. We also have a VFH radio and a local cell phone.
Garden
Sights and sounds of nature are all around you. Our tropical gardens include many flowering and fruiting trees and shrubs and some kitchen herbs for your use.
Daily Housekeeping
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request but not provided. You have full use of our washer & dryer including soaps and clothesline.
Swimming
The Ocean is steps from the house. You may also enjoy swimming in protected Coco Bay with the Turtles.
On Island Management
Our manager will meet your ferry when it arrives and be available should any problems arrise.

The Reefs
The closest reef is 50 yards from shore on the Atlantic side of the Island. The Caribbean offers some of the best snorkeling, diving, scuba diving, deep sea diving, skin diving, wreck diving, and coral reef diving where the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world is just offshore.
Swim with the Pigs
No Name Cay, the first Island south of Green Turtle is home to the famous swimming pigs
of Abaco. Everyone from the Hollywood crowd to locals love to swim with the pigs.
Beaches and Islands
There are literally unlimited isolated, remote beaches on GTC as well as throughout the
Abaco chain of Islands with sea shelling, swimming, diving, beach combing, even skinny dipping is possible on most.
Bone and Deepsea Fishing
World class bone fishing and Deepsea fishing, either guided or unguided is very popular.

This is a boater's paradise, a perfect place for that sailing vacation. If the
